Package Contents
The package is supplied in a heavy duty plastic carry case and comprises of the BW-2050 Weigher, weighing platform, mains charger, and shackle.
- Based on the BW-2050 but mounted in a hard shell.
- The weighing platform will weigh from 00.01 gram to 1 Kg.
- Accurate to 00.1 of a gram
- Can be supplied with a printer or a USB port.
- Will calculate the total number of weighings, average weight, percentage evenness, standard deviation and CV.
- Will also put all the weights into a numerical histogram or will give each individual weight.
- Totally portable and can be used within the poultry house to weigh day old chicks.
The Chick and Egg scales is based on the BW-2050 but is mounted in a hard shell carry case with a weigh platform which will weigh from 00.01 gram to 1 kg, and is accurate to 00.01 of a gram.
The scales can be supplied with a printer or a USB port, the weigher will calculate the total number of weighings, average weight, percentage evenness, standard deviation and CV. It will also put all the weights into a numerical histogram or will give each individual weight.
The system is totally portable and can be used within the poultry house to weigh day old chicks.
The BW-2050 Chick and Egg weigher can be programmed to suit individual needs from the type of printout to grouping, i.e Birds weighed from 3 separate areas of the house can be grouped together to give the statistics for each individual weighing and will give the statistics of the average of the 3 weighings.
The BW-2050 Chick and Egg weigher can be set to operate in English, Spanish, French or Portuguese.
For selection or grading up to 5 lights can be fitted to the weigher, the operater can set a weight (ie 250, 500, 750 grams) and a band weight (ie 200 grams). If a bird is weighed below 250 grams the first light will come on, from 500 to 750 the second, 750 to 1000 the third light and so on. The grading option will also operate as a standard weigher.

Weltech Mk3 Alarm System
The Mk3 alarm panel can monitor up to 12 separate locations, each location has a separate isolator key switch built into the panel along with an external/internal selector switch for the sounders, auto dial on/off and an alarm reset switch.
8016 Feed Control System
The 8016 Chicken Feed System can be programmed to batch from 1-10 seperate batches of differing amounts. Using the key panel the actual time can be set together with amounts to be batched and at what time.
Automatic Weighing Platforms
Weltech's Automatic Chicken Weighing Platforms are world renowned for their reliability and quality of manufacture. Up to 10 of these platforms can be used with the BW-8010 controller.
