MK3 Alarm System

MK3 ALARM SYSTEM

The Mk3 alarm panel can monitor up to 12 separate locations, each location has a separate isolator key switch built into the panel along with an external/internal selector switch for the sounders, auto dial on/off and an alarm reset switch.

Light Monitors

Light Monitors

Lighting programs can be monitored with the Weltech system. If the lighting fails to come on or go off when programmed the system will alarm, it can be set to run in unison with the house lighting program.

Radio Lone Worker

Radio Lone Worker Alarms

Weltech can supply either radio or mechanical lone worker alarms. The Portable receiver is easily clipped to workers clothing or belt, and is connected to the main alarm. If the Fob is 'tilted' or button is pushed this sends a signal to the receiver which triggers the alarm.

A radio transmitter is carried by the farm operator and if either tilted or activated will send a signal back to the main alarm panel and trigger a code 4 alarm at the central station where our trained operator will call all the call out numbers given by the customer. Single person working can now be covered in line with the work and safety regulations.

Mechanical Lone Worker Alarms

Mechanical Lone Worker Alarms

The mechanical lone worker is set once arriving at the location, it has a maximum time of 2 hours which if the unit has not been reset within the set time a code 4 will dial out to our monitoring station. Our trained operator will then call a set list of contact numbers until someone is reached. Single person working will be covered in line with the work and safety regulations.

Freezer Alarm

Freezer Alarm

The freezer alarm has a visual display of the temperature inside the freezer and with the unit you can program a minimum and maximum alarm, the sensor is located within the Freezer. The panel can then be connected into our MK3 alarm panel or your existing alarm system.

Digistat and Mains Failure

Digistat and Mains Failure

The digital temperature sensor has two separate alarm settings, one for high and one for low and a digital read out of the house temperature. The settings are manually set by the operator. The digistat is mounted outside the poultry house and a stainless steel sensor is positioned inside. Up to four sensors can be used depending upon the size of the house.

The digistat is powered via the mains fail relays within the control, the mains power can come from any source, normaly from the mains supply to the fan controller. The mains fail relay converts the 240 volts to a 24 volt DC supply which is the digistats supply and gives double protection on any failure.
